2. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) and include VAT where applicable.
Orders can be placed online through our website. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other online payment methods listed at checkout.
3. Delivery Policy
We deliver across Oman. Delivery times vary based on location and typically range from 2 to 5 working days.
Delivery charges may apply based on the order value and destination. Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or logistical challenges.
4. Returns and Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are not accepted once delivery has been completed.
Exchanges are only applicable in the event of:
- Receiving a damaged plant upon delivery.
- Receiving an incorrect plant that differs from the one ordered.
To qualify for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a suitable alternative.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- The delivered plant is damaged and a replacement is not available.
- An incorrect plant was delivered and cannot be exchanged.
Refund terms:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
No refunds will be given for damages caused by improper handling or care after delivery.
6. Product Care and Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that plants are cared for according to the instructions provided.
Nasma Plants is not liable for any damage or decline in plant health caused after delivery due to improper care, neglect, or unsuitable environmental conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability
